At Cornel's Book Nook, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, please email us with what book or movie you purchased and what is unsatisfactory about your purchase.  TheBookNookUT@gmail.com

Refund Policy

Generally we are a "As Is" store however if you receive a book with missing pages or unreadable text, please contact us within 7 days of purchase to initiate a return or exchange. The best way to do this is to bring the damaged book into the store and have our team member access it.
DVD/Blu Ray Exchange Return Policy: If a DVD or Blu Ray does not work, bring it back and we will resurface it for you.  We will then test it in store.  If it still does not work at that point, then you are able to exchange it for a different DVD or get a refund.
